Gentlemen:
This past week our organization moved three houses a half mile through urban streets to a new location. This was accomplished primarily because of the expertise of Goodwin House Moving. Rick Goodwin brought experience, ideas, well maintained equipment and a crew ready to work that made this project a success.
We were on a tight schedule working with our donor, a regional hospital, that required the utmost in safety, security and professionalism. Goodwin House Moving met all our expectations. If it sounds like I have nothing but good things to say about Rick and his crew - it is because that is how I, my staff, and Board feel.
We plan on moving eight more homes this summer. We will use Goodwin House Moving again.

Finally found the time to copy the tape of the hose move for you. We are slowly but surely getting things put back together. Still waiting for bricks to match for the garage. If I had to do it all over again I think I would have replaced all of the brick and poured the entire foundation. We have some water leak in the basement but not too bad. You asked me how close the utility estimates were to actual costs: Iowa Illinois Gas and Electric and Heritage Cable were right on. REC was over bid by ~ $800 and United Telephone by ~ $1100 so we were refunded almost $2,000! We are enjoying the house and think you did a great job. Stop by when you are in the area.
